Following is a listing of the services we provide:

On-line support is available through our website primarily through the troubleshooting pages located in the set up and operations manuals for each of our custom kiosk or vending machine products. We also provide a toll-free number for service should additional help be needed to get your product up and running. Because we engineer and assemble all our machines and kiosks, we can identify and solve most problems quickly over the phone. Many service issues can be solved over the phone without needing replacement parts.

We maintain an inventory of new and rebuilt parts and supplies. They are available for immediate delivery in order to meet the service needs of our customers. We understand that unforeseen problems with dispensing equipment can mean downtime for your vending machine and a potential loss of revenue. We believe in service after the sale and believe that every problem has a solution. Our service is the best in the industry to assure that your gaming or prepaid card vending machine is functioning properly with as little downtime as possible.

Technik offers free service training for our customers at our facility in Columbus, Nebraska as well as training at any off-site location for a nominal fee.

Technik Mfg. offers the best service repair parts possible at the lowest cost. Part of that effort includes our core-credit return parts program. Our customers often wonder what to do with the parts that are replaced so Technik has devised a program that incentivizes customers receiving replacement parts to return the replaced part back to Technik for a core credit to their account. As a result of this program, Technik offers rebuilt or refurbished parts at a reduced price and with a 6-month warranty. This program is administered as follows:

Core Credit Parts: (IM-4L dispensing mechanism, IM-GM2 dispensing mechanism, IM-CM4 dispensing mechanism, 110-090 control board).

  1. All service parts shipped under the core credit program are prepaid and the core credit amount will be issued to the account once the replaced part is received back on an RMA. All RMA’s need to be returned within 90 days of issuance to receive the credit.
  2. Service parts shipped that are still under warranty are ineligible for the core credit program.
  3. Shipping costs under the core credit program is the responsibility of the customer on the core credit part being shipped out as well as the core credit part being returned.

Service Parts: (bill acceptors, power supplies, displays, etc)

  1. All service parts not part of the core credit program are prepaid before shipping unless payment terms have been pre-approved for the account.
  2. Shipping and handling costs for service parts under warranty will be shipped UPS “ground” at no charge to the customer. If a faster service is required, the customer will need to pay the difference.
  3. All out-of-warranty service parts are to be prepaid, including shipping and handling, unless payment terms have been pre-approved for the account.

Policy Issues:

  1. Technik will need to verify serial numbers of the service parts before authorizing core credit or warranty credit. Please have these numbers available at the time a service call is placed.
  2. Warranty credits, core credits or a return authorization may be denied based on serial numbers not matching Technik records.
