The following policies are designed to maintain quick, consistent, and fair support for our customers and respect their need to keep their equipment functioning at a high level of performance.

New Machines:

It is our policy that all parts on new dispensers are covered under warranty for a period of one year from the date of shipment if they are found to be defective due to defects in material or workmanship. If parts are needed during this warranty period, the replacement parts are covered for the remaining balance of the original machine warranty period. The policy for converted machines is the same.

In order for parts to be covered under this warranty, we require that you provide us with the serial number of the vending machine for which parts are being replaced.

Major components (inner mechanisms, bill acceptors, and control boards) will be shipped on a billed basis in all cases. If a valid warranty serial number is provided, the invoice will note that a credit for the full value of the component will be credited at the time that the defective unit is returned. If a valid serial number is not provided, no such note will be placed on the invoice, but a credit memo can be issued at a later date if the serial number is provided and the defective unit is returned.

All other parts will be shipped on a “no charge” basis when a valid warranty serial number is provided. If no valid warranty serial number is provided the parts will be shipped and billed as normal service parts. However, a credit memo can be processed at a later date if the valid serial number is provided within ten working days of the transaction.

Replacement Parts:

The policy for replacement/service parts has two different categories and warranties apply as follows:

Major Components:

This category of parts includes inner mechanisms, bill acceptors, and control boards. These items have a core credit and are covered under warranty for a period of 6 months after delivery. The core credit will be issued to your account upon return of the defective part.

Minor Components:

Items such as bulbs, fuses, starters, batteries, belts, o-rings, etc. are considered wear elements and are not covered under warranty.

*A Return Authorization form is included with all shipments of replacement parts. It is important that this form be completed and returned with the defective part to ensure proper credit to your account.
